Parkside Xmas Party 

Every year for more than 40 years Farnborough Lions Club has supported Aldershot and District Learning Disability by providing the catering at the Gateway Club Christmas Party.

Our connection with the Parkside Centre started many decades ago when one of our members children used the centre on a regular basis. Members of Farnborough Lions Club went on to help build the current Parkside premises. Our connection has remained with Lions helping at every Christmas party since. More recently our friends at Aldershot Lions Club joined with Farnborough Lions to help stage the party.

Our pictures show Ray Bentley and Jeremy Stewardson delivering the the buffet food and the centre users enjoying the party atmosphere. 

Also pictured is Mel from Morrisons Supermarket in Aldershot receiving our certificate of appreciation for arranging a sizable donation of foodstuff from Morrisons towards the catering for Parkside Centre Party. Our grateful thanks go to Mel and Morrisons Supermarket Aldershot for their outstanding generosity.
